Fix the incorrect default ACL rule, which was:
{allow, {username, "^dashboard?"}, subscribe, ["$SYS/#"]}.
However, it should use {re, "^dashboard$"} to perform a regular expression match:
{allow, {username, {re,"^dashboard$"}}, subscribe, ["$SYS/#"]}.
