- Hardware configuration (e.g. `lscpu`):
- OS (e.g. `cat /etc/os-release`):
- Kernel (e.g. `uname -a`):
- Erlang/OTP version (in case you build emqx from source code):

### LOG File

Missing log file can delay the handling of the issue.
