fix: mountpoint template render should not replace unknown as undefined
...
For backward compatibility, the unknown vars used in mountpoint
is kept unchanged.
e.g. '${unknown}/foo/bar' should be rendered as '${unknown}/foo/bar'
but not 'undefined/foo/bar'
